Safe flying

Drone recordings begin with thorough preparation

At EnterDrone, safety always comes first. A drone flight is not simply carried out. We first examine the location, surroundings, weather conditions, people nearby, privacy, and potential restrictions.

Safety before takeoff

Beautiful drone imagery is important, but flying responsibly is more important. Therefore, we assess per assignment what is practically, technically, and safely possible.

Not every location is suitable for a drone flight. Consider busy areas, roads, buildings, animals, people, privacy-sensitive situations, weather influences, or zones where extra regulations apply.

  • Advance check of location and surroundings
  • Check of weather, wind, visibility, and light
  • Taking people, animals, buildings, and traffic into account
  • Attention to privacy and permission on-site
  • No flight if conditions are not safe or responsible

What we look for in advance

Every assignment requires a brief safety check. This prevents surprises on location and ensures that the recording can be carried out professionally.

Location

We examine where the recording is to take place, what is present around the location and whether there is safe takeoff and landing space.

Surroundings

We take into account homes, businesses, traffic, trees, cables, animals, people, and other obstacles.

Weather

Wind, rain, fog, bright sunlight, and poor visibility can affect safety and image quality.

Regulations

We check in advance whether the flight fits within the applicable rules and if there are restrictions at the desired location.

Privacy

We take into account individuals, gardens, homes, business premises, and situations where privacy requires extra attention.

Purpose of the imagery

We tailor the flight to the purpose: website, real estate, inspection, promotion, social media, or custom work.

Important:
A drone flight is always assessed per situation. If a flight is not safe, not responsible, or does not fit within the applicable rules, we will not carry out the recording or we will look for an alternative together.

Rules, zones, and responsibility

Drone flying requires up-to-date checks. Rules can differ per location, type of flight, area, and situation. Therefore, we use current information in advance and assess each assignment separately.

  • Check for potential no-fly zones and restrictions
  • Check whether the flight fits the purpose and the location
  • Use of current flight information where necessary
  • Attention to safe distance from people, buildings, and traffic
  • Clear communication if a flight cannot proceed

No standard “yes”

We do not say in advance that every drone assignment is always possible. First, we check the conditions. Then we honestly indicate what can, cannot, or must be done differently.

This maintains a good balance between beautiful imagery, safety, privacy, and professional conduct.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

Clarity in advance

You will hear in advance whether the location seems suitable and what information we still require.

No unnecessary risk

We do not accept an assignment if the conditions are not safe or responsible.

Better end result

Good preparation ensures not only safety but also better imagery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is drone flying permitted everywhere?

No. It must be determined per location whether flying is safe, responsible, and permitted. Restrictions may apply due to airspace, surroundings, people, privacy, or local conditions.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of strong winds, rain, fog, poor visibility, or other unsafe conditions, we will reschedule the recording. Safety and image quality come first.

Do you take privacy into account?

Yes. We take into account individuals, homes, gardens, business premises, and situations where privacy is extra important.

Can a drone assignment be refused?

Yes. If a flight is not safe, not responsible, or does not fit within the applicable rules, we will not carry it out. We will then help think of an alternative.

Have safe drone imagery created?

Request your drone assignment. We will examine the location, conditions, and possibilities and then honestly indicate what is feasible.
